All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. The exact rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — no surprises.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Democratic Republic of Congo — 12 to 18 business days from dispatch
  • South Africa — 3 to 7 business days from dispatch

All orders are fulfilled and delivered by B2B Logistics, our dedicated logistics partner. We work exclusively with B2B Logistics to ensure consistent, trackable delivery to every destination we serve.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping rate at checkout. tutaleta has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for guidance before placing your order.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time through B2B Logistics.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet all estimated delivery windows. However, tutaleta is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, adverse weather, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist.
